isn't going to happen. South Park creators have always gone after everyone without bias, they are equally brutal to everything stupid. The only time there was ever really backlash was over the Mohamed thing, and that was Comedy Central stepping in.
Other than Isaac Hayes getting butthurt and quitting over the Scientology episode, nothing every happens to them, nor should it. Those guys don't take prisoners and it's funny as hell.
