I have never said Garland is free from criticism, only that most criticisms of him are not based on facts, but are opinions based on a lack of information and the passage of time.
My point, repeated ad nauseum, is simply this:
Garland is not the villain of this story
As I have responded to numerous Garland bashers, pick your preferred AG- the outcome would have been exactly the same:
The corrupt Roberts court would have ensured there was no Trump trial before the election
