I’m on an iPad right now, cruising DU instead of practicing the piano underneath it.

The iPad holds almost all my musical scores.

a woman's genitalia. Something like a c*nt. It's why they laugh at what we call fanny packs here, those bags you hook around the hips and sit over the butt.

But, gods, I love the Scottish people. Keep it up, friends. My daddy's people are from Scotland.

Can be wildly different (and funny or dangerous) across cultures, including the cryptic “that” and “there“

Recall Churchill’s V sign. My goodness.

And the ice hockey penalty for elbowing. Being of Italian descent, I laugh my ass off every time I see it.

I’ll continue to try to decrypt that FANNY sign, give or take some Scott-ism I am unaware of.

If I fail at that, guess I’ll have to create one of my own for said acronym.

but when used more generally, it's roughly equivalent to "idiot" and wouldn't usually be considered as scandalous as other terms of the same type:

yer a fanny - Scottish to English

The English translation of "yer a fanny" is

you are an incompetent

"Twat" is a similarly ambiguous term used throughout the UK meaning much the same thing.

It's an acronym, in this case: Fifers Against Neo Nazi Yanks

(Fifers come from the county of Fife, north of the Firth of Forth, across the estuary from Edinburgh.)

For some reason, Trump's often been called a fanny (and much worse) over here in the past. The banner that's interested you has apparently been around for a while: the pic above is during his 2018 visit, with a couple of accompanying ones.
