Pixel 6a class action lawsuit question

Wondering if anyone here on DU knows if a class action lawsuit has started over the Pixel 6a battery problem and bait and switch solution?

Short version. Google Pixel 6a had a software update that basically made battery life so short and risk overheating to make it useless.

They offered money as a check or a slightly larger amount of you bought through the Google store. People that I know all seem to have been rejected for the cash and approved if the bought through the Google store.

I had three 6a in the family. Bought new phones through the carrier because they were cheaper than Google store and had all three claim rejected.

Seems this happened to other people on the web as well.

I have had this Pixel 6A phone for a little over a year and heard about the battery issue from an email from Google. They gave me a reference to UBreakIFix. Unfortunately all the stores say they are not offering the batteries and I have to to Google. Google is now giving me the run around. If there is a class action I would be interested.
