It's said he didn't want to be known only for his role on "The Cosby Show" and his family preferred the cast members not attend the funeral. I guess the Cosby scandal still has reverberations in the business.

He's a fine actor, had other talents, and as far as I ever heard, a good human being. I think his death was horrible, but only an accident, and I'm sad his little girl had to see that.
