... to keep real estate prices high. Funny how all the programs meant to help us from problems caused by the wealthy, benefit the wealthy.

It's not the demand. It's the greedy fucking suppliers, the vampire capitalists.

Since most have no idea about this, they tend to feel that most realtors/realty companies are pretty decent people.

They know that this is going on. They have said nothing. So...

(I had a friend who went through an entire two year degree in realty just to quit after six months. He told me that the level of deceit required to operate as a realtor was too unappealing to him to keep on working as one.)

for rental houses, probably because people just don't have downpayment for a mortgage or are in transition.
