live, many places with large parking lots do have trees, but they aren’t large trees and usually not well taken care of.

I would like to see more green and solar panels on roofs. (Larger companies have done solar panels.) Short of those, white-painted roofs would reflect radiation. (Ever wonder why southern California paints water heaters black and mounts them on the roof?) Green parking lots, as others mention, would have direct and indirect benefits.

all the time that I put up a sign "Lot Full". Now, if only one of those trees would move, I can park my bushes there.
