As far as I can tell Trump announced an EU deal that was basically the EU saying if you want to pay 15 percent more for our goods, M'kay, while getting the EU to pretend to buy more American energy. I mean, they might, but they might not. Just like Japan might invest 500 billion in the US. But it's only a commitment. We know his first term China committed to sums to be invested and then just ignore that. Because Trump doesn't follow through. He's basically gotten nothing while screwing us the American consumers with stupid Tariffs.
