10. She petitioned for certiorari back in April. This is her response to the government's opposition

She originally indicated her intent to seek SCOTUS review back in February after the Second Circuit denied her appeal in January.

She is arguing that the non-prosecution agreement entered into by Epstein in Florida that covered not only him but other "potential co-conspirators" should have blocked her prosecution in New York. There is a split in the different circuits as to whether an agreement made in one federal district court applies in other federal districts or only the district in which it was entered.
