they should do the labor themselves and see what it is like first, before they can make a recommendation to others about it.

Kids in state foster care, and poor, incarcerated people's children.
Politically spare children with no one capable of caring for them.
Kirk and his ilk think society is like the movie Gattaca, where people with superior genes should be running things and everyone else be happy to stick to their place in life.
But then again, no one can come up with a definition of what make a particular trait "superior" or deficient, or can explain why "superior" and "deficient" traits exist in the same genetic sequence.
