That testimony was several years ago. Trump’s DOJ could easily bring him up on charges, valid or trumped up. He has plenty reason to be fearful.

9. Wondered about that, too. According to his Wikipedia entry, Cohen worked for djt

from "late 2006 to 2028." He described djt in his 2020 book, "Disloyal: A Memoir" as "a cheat, a mobster, a liar, a fraud, a bully, a racist, a predator, a con man."

Guess predator could mean a number of misbehaviors.
