You can buy them at Amazon, for pete's sake. So, he swiped a pair. They're not made of gold, see. They're fake ceremonial scssors for show, alghotu they will cut a big ribbon OK.

Search for "Gold ceremonial scissors" on Google. Buy as many pairs as you like.

Here is a typical 40" long pair, with gold-plated blades. Just $44.00
