To Big To Fail

Trust me when I say that A LOT of people are just a couple months away or less from experiencing, up close and personal, what the implications are from all this insanity. State services and functions are a thing that directly impacts our everyday lives, big and small, that many don't even realize. Events in the federal government can seem far removed but impacts at a state level will be felt by everybody in that state.
Immediate family employed in state government and we are going to have to make pretty dramatic cuts and my state is in a much better position than most. Especially the red states.
I honestly believe the poorer red states like Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana, may genuinely devolve into a humanitarian crisis.
We are quickly heading to a situation that likely no one living has a frame of reference to use to understand, the Great Depression.

I just read a story that said the Mango Mussolini is converting the First Lady wing into a 650 person gold gilded ballroom.
Nero plays the flute while Rome burns.
