'A Democrat bloodbath': With Kamala Harris out of CA governor's race, an intraparty battle begins

Also, one is not required to run the obviously GOP written headline in General Discussion.

Politico is a MAGA organ and a full on trash fire.

Quoting Riverside County Sheriff Bianco, R candidate

Edited to include quote:
It was like, yeah, I’ll try and convince her that she’s going to be the worst thing for California,” said Bianco, “but the reality is, I’m very happy that she’s no longer in it.”

Democrats with lower name identification than Harris, he argued, “are all going to have to fight with each other to say who’s responsible for putting us where we are, and this is going to be, I believe, a Democrat bloodbath.”

DemocratIC. If Politico wants to be taken seriously and not just seen as a right-wing rag it should learn the difference between an adjective and an adjectival noun used as a slur.

either. Remember the recent Senate race with several prominent Dems vying for it? There will be elbows thrown, but a Dem will win. And the reason there is so much competition is because whoever is the Dem nominee is the next Governor.
