(38,824 posts)I'm not sure what they are doing, but the blue tape they are applying (or removing) follows the lines between the paving blocks.

haele
(15,600 posts)And they're getting ready to put the "design" treatment over the cement to make it appear to be inlaid stone. Wouldn't be surprised to see gilded brass inlay under that blue tape eventually.

haele
(15,600 posts)And the drains are probably 3-D printed resin, probably easy to crack if someone in heels steps too hard.
Ms. Toad
(38,824 posts)The article described it mostly as concrete - but Trump described it as stone. They certainly looks uniformly white.

(35,000 posts)It's a fucking patio. The only good thing about it is that it's probably made of the same shitty concrete he uses on his buildings. So, it should be relatively easy to tear it out, and put an actual garden back there. Better send that motherfucker the bill for it. Or, his scummy family, should his cardiovascular system finally give out.

(182,091 posts)In critiquing Trump's Desecration of the Rose Garden Part II, "the drainage gates are in the shapes [sic] of American flags" metaphor went right over johnny maga's little head.
