She said that Virginia wanted the files out there, as does her family. She is against giving any immunity to Maxwell, and says that anything out of her mouth would be lie to get favorable treatment. She said she wants the documents released because "documents don't lie."

Why in the HELL was none of it used to prosecute those who took advantage of the girls? Maxwell hasn't been interviewed by law enforcement until now?!!! The media implies it is a "conspiracy theory" to look for a cover up but how is all this evidence available and only one person has been prosecuted? Sane minds want to know.
