ICE agent assaults citizens in broad daylight
This is assault. It certainly would be if I smacked someone's phone out of their hand because I was angry at them, or grabbed them by the arm or shoved them.
ICE is an untrained group of MAGAt thugs drunk on power with no training or any kind. They get a badge and a gun and feel they are now Gods. This thug should be arrested and prosecuted.
EDIT: I had this wrong, it took place in Virginia, NOT Washington state.
