Anyone notice prices going up in your area?

Went to Walmart last Sunday and bought some store made Italian bread for $1.00 last week. Been doing that for the past couple months. Went to the same store Wednesday and it cost $1.47.

Wondering what increases you all have seen lately?

I recently bought some Chicago rolls from the Harris Teeter deli that were $1 apiece.

Last time, six in a box, $4 plus change. Yesterday, no boxes of six, only boxes of TWO for $1.99 - bought two boxes for what seemed to be the same $4 total. Only later realized the difference of six pieces vs four pieces.

though I dunno if 6-14% increases over 3 months can be considered inching rather than leaping. But that's only our grocery bags, some may even allege they're paying less.
