I'm behind today, hardly had time to look at
DU. Water pump went out, had water but making strange noises. Local guy came right over and got to work. New holding tank and switches. Just over a grand.
At the same time real estate agent came over signed papers to list this house. She is great. She thought it was worth more than I did. Hope she’s right. Set it up for a bidding war. Goes on the market Monday. At the moment, I own two homes free and clear. First time for me to live in Monroe County. Have lived in about a dozen but not this one.
Couple of days ago I tripped and got banged up. The scrapes and blood didn’t bother me, but the shoulder injury is a pain. Too busy moving to go to the doctor. Big problem is I’m in between doctors and need a new one. Wife is an RN and hasn’t freak out so I’m ok. Bought a shoulder brace and it helps. Might be the Rotor Cup. Still working, loading the van, sweeping, and some yard work. The work is making it feel better.
Pretty exciting selling this house. She said the market for high end houses is pretty dead, but is great for mine. She thought it’s worth $188K. I had her start at $172K and see what happens.
Wife is at the new house going nuts unpacking. Said she can’t figure out where to put stuff. Gave her my favorite quote . when in doubt, throw it out. It’s mostly just stuff to me.
Life goes on and it’s been a great distraction from the Soap Opera on the news. No tv up here, just my phone.

and your house sells quickly! That being said, maybe it's blessing in disguise that you haven't had time for the news, because it's even more insane than usual.
