Daughter answered door—agents pointed guns & stormed in.

"They took all of us, but they're not supposed to. We're American citizens."

She & her brothers were arrested—forced to wear ankle monitor for release.

Her mother was charged with assaulting agents—she was holding a pot with eggs inside it for breakfast.

Federal agents were looking for Marvin Isaac Caceres Maradiaga. Caceres is from Honduras and a federal judge ordered him to be deported in 2023, but he never left.

Federal officers came to a home on 41st Street in Tampa, and found Caceres, but authorities said the family tried to prevent them from making an arrest.

Brendaliz Fuentes, the stepdaughter of Caceres, denies the claim.

“When they came, they were saying to open the door and things like that and they tried to grab him and they pointed guns at him,” Fuentes said.

She said federal agents arrested everyone in the home...........
Caceres was in custody Thursday and is due to be deported. The family said they have an attorney.
