😬The Supreme Court will consider whether the intentional creation of a majority-minority congressional district violates the 14th or 15th Amendments.

If the answer is yes, SCOTUS will effectively declare that what remains of the Voting Rights Act is unconstitutional. This is very, very ominous.

will let them get away with it. Texas too. Which means that California will have to do the opposite, and so will New York and Illinois.

Hell. Why should politicians be able to decide who their constituents are? We're supposed to have government by the people, for the people, and of the people, not government by the richest.
