What happens to the deported immigrants who have to set up life in a foreign country?

This is something I haven’t seen any articles about.
There are the people who only know the US since childhood and only speak English, the ones who escaped horrors in their birth country and now are back and the ones who are dumped in a country that is foreign to them and their heritage.
These are stories I’d like to hear but no one is doing. It’s as if once they are deported their story is over.

I don't think we'll know much.

ETA - I'd like to be able to track them down so they can testify at the trials. Offer them citizenship whether they choose to testify or not. Provide reparations to Americans (mostly children) ejected.
