I worked in Records at the California Institution for Men on the minimum housing yard. Sex offenders could not be housed there. Every once in awhile, one would land there accidentally. It was always one big wild rush to get them to a maximum yard. Personally, no one who worked there gave any effs that they were on the minimum yard. The problem was the state was responsible for the perv's safety. Oh well.
