Let's just review the mistakes that this brown shirt group is already responsible for. In their effort to reach a quota, they are not concerning themselves with due process or any kind of legal procedural rules of engagement. Okay, these tactics can be blamed on their bosses, but the question of the day is why would adding teenagers to this mix make it any worse?

The answer is simple: Putting young, impulsive and/or aggressive teenagers into this situation is like throwing gasoline in a room and setting it on fire. The brains of teenagers are not fully developed so they cannot be relied on to walk into a situation using any kind of cautionary approach. When they do kill someone, the explanation from their supervisors will be, oh, he was young and inexperienced and misjudged the situation.

And that's why it should not be allowed. They are too young, inexperienced and will misjudge the situation, which will get people killed.
