Governor Pritzker Appreciation Thread

I'm sure you are all tired of my sappy posts over the last few days about my beloved Texas, but I want to continue to express my gratitude (and I know all sane Texans share that gratitude) for the strength that Governor Pritzker is exhibiting. He didn't have to, but he's doing this because it's the right thing to do.

I know there are others deserving of gratitude, as well, but this thread is for the Governor and the people of Illinois.

Like the rest of us, he seems to get angrier at each insult, indignity, and unconstitutional/criminal action. I appreciate that he's not afraid to speak his mind.

23. We are fortunate here in Illinois to have Governor Pritzker

People love to complain about Illinois, at least, conservatives like to whine about the taxes, gas prices in Chicagoland, property tax. But I wonder if they whine when they get on the L and get across Chicago in 20 minutes, instead of fighting hour long traffic, or the quality of education, including community colleges that are dirt cheap everywhere, or the quality and availability of medical care, or the fact that property values are going up and the housing market is pretty brisk right now. I've seen that supposedly the population is declining, but that's mostly in the red counties and places where Republicans are in charge. Illinois is booming, thanks to Governor Pritzker.
