(10,775 posts)What crimes did she commit where? I'm not sure if there are specific allegations against her that happened in New York. I assume so but I'm not sure what exactly what the specific accusations are. I believe the accounts we have from victims mostly happened in Florida and the Virgin Islands. Also there would be the question of whether the statutes of limitations have expired.

(35,072 posts)is when the victim reaches age 55. A few other states have longer periods, as well, including Florida. If AG James thinks this is a viable route, I hope she goes for it.
