He is talking about how the Democrats don't have a project 2029. They are relying upon a favorable election cycle to give them legislative control. But he explains how these institutions are being hollowed out, that there will be nothing left to fix. That there is no plan from the democrats.
But of course his discourse is just so poignant. Must see. Get the app. It's still cool.

TikTok in one app I refuse to run bc of privacy and security concerns. Maybe Stoermer will post it on his Substack.
