I'm sure they would be happy to give it up in exchange for a full retreat by Russia from all parts it has illegally occupied since 2014.

Don't think Putin is going to be amenable to that type of resolution, though.

Is not the best way to peacefully end a war that was perpetrated on a sovereign country without provocation. These serious issues need serious discussion and knowledge of the history of countries involved and qualified negotiators
