I never thought I could hate anyone more than I did Reagan. But, here we are.

Trump says "hurt them," Miller says "here's how" with absolute glee.

5. Stephen Miller is irredeemable; So, too is Trump, but he's on the way out. Miller, unfortunately will

that Stephen Miller is actually a boil on the felon's fat ass. Lots of theologians and philosophers are convinced he is a hemorhoid on the felon's sphincter.

6. Probably Miller. Trump is motivated less by hate than by self-interest.

He cares about himself and nobody else; he consciously hates people who interfere with or oppose him, but he probably hates others - mainly minority people and uppity women - in a more passive way, when he bothers to think about them at all. Miller, on the other hand, intensely and constantly hates everyone who isn't white and American-born, and spends most of his waking hours thinking about ways to hurt or get rid of them.
