Beelzebub is seen as being associated with Pride or Gluttony, and is also the prince of false gods. He is capable of inciting political strife amongst other demon lords for the benefit of creating a power vacuum within the demonic realm that weakens his competitors.

He's obese.
He's deluded.
He sucks and cheats at golf.
He had delusions of grandeur.
He's broken laws for years without consequence.

Michael Scott from The Office. At least emotionally. Note - that I love that character that despite his shortcomings you can see deep inside he's a wounded soul and is written in an extremely funny (yet somehow sympathetic) way.

However, Scott is narcissistic to the nth degree (as he himself says: "Do I need to be liked? Absolutely not. I like to be liked. I enjoy being liked. I have to be liked, but it's not like this compulsive need to be liked, like my need to be praised" ) and wants his employees to worship him (“Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.”).

Scott often uses words in incorrect ways (hilarious in the show...in real life shake your head worthy). He also can ramble ("Sometimes I'll start a sentence and I don't even know where it's going. I just hope I find it along the way." ), wants to fire people who he's not supposed to (when told he can't fire the HR rep he hates and is told he needs a reason, he replies "I have cause. It is beCAUSE I hate him" ), can't take the smallest slight at his expense, objectifies women, continuously says racially insensitive things. He also uses pop culture references from decades past almost like he never left the 70s and 80s.

Given the ability to bend all reality to his will, 6-year-old Anthony uses his powers not for good, but for his own selfish ends, burning his fellow townsfolk alive if they displease him, turning them into living toys, and even sending people into the surrounding cornfields, never to be seen again.

He wants to be evil, he tries really hard to be evil, but he's too incompetent to really be evil. He's accompanied by Steven Miller playing the part of Fearless Leader, who is smarter than Trump but still too dumb to do anything but cause disasters.

40. Jabba the Hutt

Jabba has been described as an exemplar of lust, sloth, gluttony, and greed.[41] His criminal operations include slavery, gunrunning, spice-smuggling and extortion.[42] He amuses himself by torturing, humiliating and killing both his enemies and his own subordinates.[43] He surrounds himself with scantily-clad slave girls of various species, often chained to his dais.[44] Jabba's appetite is insatiable, and he sometimes threatens to eat his underlings.[45][46]

In Return of the Jedi, Solo calls Jabba a "slimy piece of worm-ridden filth". The authors Martha and Tom Veitch called his body a "miasmic mass" that seems to release "a greasy discharge, sending fresh waves of rotten stench" into the air.[47] Arthur Knight of The Hollywood Reporter described Jabba as a "truly frightening ... walrus-shaped grotesque."[48] The science fiction writer Jeanne Cavelos wrote that he deserves an award for "most disgusting alien", while the film critic Roger Ebert described him as loathsome and evil.[49][50]
