In spite of that, I strongly believe the Felon had some influence on the sentence, especially since he was likely involved in the "parties". There were many rich influential men involved but only one kept coming back as a really good friend. The Felon's wife was procured, I mean introduced using the same people involved with Epstein under the guise of models from Europe. Why would the Felon nominate Acosta for Labor Secretary. The Felon's A.G. Barr had a tie to Epstein through Barr's father after he hired Epstein to teach even though Epstein was not qualified. Barr vists with Epstein just prior to Epstein's death. Coincidence? Doubtful. Why would the Felon try so hard to keep the evidence hidden if there is nothing to see. Why does he need to distract the Nation's attention if he weren't in panic mode. I'm not serving on a jury, I don't have to consider him innocent, he's far from it.

However, the AG, Mukasey, was a close enough friend of Giuliani and Kerick to recuse himself in all cases related to them. We know Giuliani was close to Trump. Could he also have been close to Epstein? Consider that Giuliani was considered a possible nominee in 2008. (Remember Biden skewering him as 911, a noun and a verb and his strategy to not participate in any state before Florida.) Could he have been the one protected by the sweetheart deal?

Note that although Gonzales, his predecessor was subpoenaed, Mukasey wasn't.
