I’ve always kind of liked Usha - unlike Meghan McCain, who completely creeps me out. Usha seems quite down to earth and relatable. Her husband is, of course, insufferably obnoxious, but I don’t think that she saw that before they got married.

JD Vance knew early on who Trump was and called him out on it - until he was foisted onto Trump as his VP. At that point, Vance chose to betray his conscience and the country sucking up to Trump. Could be wrong, but I sense that Usha now distrusts her husband and knows that he’ll sacrifice anything for money and power. But she’s between a rock and a hard place, especially considering the children.
