The main guy seems to be giving the guys hanging out a heads up, referring to Donald Trump (yeah, nobody needs to call him the president), and reminding them of the legal amount limits of marijuana they can be holding - and if they have over 2oz, give some to a friend to carry.

I suspect that the different services will have widely different styles, which will come across as chaotic. This guy here seemed at least not to be a traitorous asshole.
