I remember the same under Bush W. There was a guy that praised bush for the stimulus check, and said he put in a new porch and invited him over for a beer.
Bush declined saying he didn't drink anymore.

Bush couldn't care less about that guy's new porch, hanging out with him, etc. But that was one of the people who was swept up into the "w" illusion. And before long, w's work would crush our economy, and send us to the brink of another depression. Thank god we had Obama next up to bat.

I still can't understand why Obama is so friendly with that guy. I guess it's for the good of the country. :/
