The Supreme Court Should Rule Against Krasnov's Tariffs

I would not bet a nickel that it will do the right thing.

Krasnov from one side of his mouth claimed an economic disaster as a reason he had to impose tariffs. Two days later from the other side he says our economy is booming.

If the SC rules against the tariffs then Krasnov is going to have to refund billions of dollars to the Americans who paid the tariffs, but don't bet on it.

The big problem for the SC will be writing the reasons for allowing the tariffs, but don't bet on it. The court may just say his tariffs are legal because Dear Leader says so.

That seems to be their new MO. Change the subject and send it back down. The lower court doesn't have the power to rule on all tariffs. They must decide on each tarrif individually or some stupid shit. Anything to keep the favor of the king and their MAGA minions.

What Krasnov really wants is the dollar to crash and crypto to boom, everything he does economically is based on this. His demands for Powell to lower interest rates would lower the dollar and raise crypto.

Krasnov has made billions from crypto since taking office.
