Will Trump send his stormtroopers to break up the news conference and demonstration with ‘powerful Democrats’ that Newsom has announced for Thursday? It’s just the kind of gaudy show of power that he’s looking for to get the Epstein scandal off the front pages. He’s desperate, crazy and craven enough to try it.
The biggest concentration of ICE, National Guard, FBI that Trump has gathered so far is in California. Trump said way back in June that Newsome should be arrested.
Will Newsom’s mocking post on Xitter be the provocation that pushes the orange madman over the edge?
Fascist regimes stage crap like this as part of their power grabs. I think it could happen. I also don’t think Californios will put up with it if it does. The press hasn’t covered it much but there been a lot of pushback to Trump’s California initiatives in the streets. This could really set people off.
