It was obnoxious. She asked her guests about that hilarious post by Newsom where he skewered trump's posting style. It received rave reviews everywhere from all Dems and progressives as far as I could see yesterday. But Steph and her crew thought it was lame. Not funny. "What is he trying to achieve?" they whined. Then they topped it off with more whining about Newsom being slick and a hypocrite.
Tim, the former R consultant, who usually has some good ideas, whined that he didn't like Newsom during the "recall." Newsom was recalled years ago by rightwing nutjobs and survived it EASILY. What an ignorant thing to say. In fact, the recall backfired and made him more popular as anyone who actually lives here knows.
Back to only watching Lawrence I think.

(761 posts)When she's leading a panel, it often feels like she's self-consciously projecting to balcony seats and it makes me anxious.
Other times, when she's really in the discussion and un-self-consciously participating in the give and take, she gives a different vibe.
I'm still peeved by Tim since the Biden stuff last summer. I think I'm over panels in general.

(10,410 posts)This is what it looks like when an authoritarian leader is building a police state. What are immigration agents doing outside a state government rally? Trump wants to use ICE like Hitler used his Brown Shirts. His personal intimidation and enforcement thugs.

"The relationship between journalist Stephanie Ruhle and Matthew Kennedy, the son of former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Reports indicate friendship between Stephanie Ruhle and Matthew Kennedy. During a deposition, Ruhle declined to specify whether she traveled with him for personal or professional reasons. She stated, "I was flying on his plane as myself, Stephanie Ruhle," without specifying a category."
I remember her saying that the justice and his son were top drawer and would never do anything corrupt. Suuuuuuuuuure, Steph.
