Appreciation Thread #2 To Gavin Newsom For Doing More
Recently Newsom asked Democratic governors in other states to do more, to do what California is doing, Gerrymander To The Max.
Newsom is also thinking outside the box by going on social media and posting statements to Krasnov that mimic the way Krasnov posts, and using similar language, goading Krasnov. Once again, Newsom is thinking outside the box.
Now Newsom has posted this:

This is what I and other loyal Democrats are talking about when we say that Democrats could be doing more, yeah, I know they are the minority.
Look at the differences between how the mayors of LA and DC have responded to soldiers being placed on their streets. They are not responding the same way. One is fighting harder than the other, IMO.
That's all I am talking about when I say that Democrats can do more. Many Congressional Democrats are fighting like hell, many, not so much. Democrats need to have a common message and strategy how blue states are going to fight back against Magat gerrymandering. Magats are coordinated.
Gavin Newsom seems to me to be leading the fight to preserve our democracy.
Sheldon Whitehouse and Robert Garcia sent stern letters to the head of the federal bureau of prisons demanding to see documents about why Maxwell was granted a waiver to be gifted to a country club prison. That is necessary and fine, but what do they do if they do not get an adequate response? What is step #2. It is obvious to me that Maxwell was given a gift to keep her from talking about Krasnov. Dems need to start asking that question, say that it appears that Krasnov has silenced Maxwell. Do more. Do the max. Project 2025 is ahead of schedule.
