Remember NFTs?

So many, including some people here, said it was the future of art and we would be foolish to ignore it as an investment.

I saw very little, if any, positive discourse and stances in re NFTs from posters here. Certainly not 'a lot of people here'.

-electricity that it is consuming--all over the country--with no end in sight. There will be deadly power outages in our future, as well as ridiculous impacts on the climate.

The teams buy and "burn" other collections of NFTs in order to increase the value of their own NTFs. I think the takeover strategies are AI devised. This virtual corporate jungle is the brainchild of former Wall Street executives and billionaire investors. The operators of the system (which can be described as a "gaming business" ) generate income from each purchase and sale of an NFT.
