EYESORE 9001
(29,866 posts)I grew up near a city with a distillery that produced a wide range of products which never made their way to the top shelf. Vodka had distinctly chemical notes - as though it was infused like gin, but nothing herbal or floral about their swill. In reality, Russian state vodka is probably better than the lighter-fluid-tasting stuff theyre probably still making.

(72,441 posts)Ive been trying some of our locally made product. A vodka distilled at the old Olympia beer brewery is excellent. Smooth and almost tasteless. A vodka from Bainbridge Island, however, was awful. Oven cleaner, or your lighter fluid, for example, would have been an improvement.

(29,866 posts)One of their products you may know is a bourbon named Yellowstone. To be fair, Ive heard that its improved after going through a succession of ownership.

(1,824 posts)As I recall, Russia gave large amounts of money to the NRA. The NRA then passed money on the Naz...er, Republicans.
So, you see? Russian gave nothing to Republicans.
