a travesty of filmmaking. Despicable.

As I've said elsewhere, generative AI attracts people with little or no talent, and little or no understanding of art.

It also attracts people with little or no respect for others. People who are happy to exploit the images and voices of actors and singers who have passed on, treating them as puppets.
