Originally from Cincy metro area and tBoehner was a true asshat who screwed over poor people and public schools.

As evil as Gingrinch with a little less sexual baggage.

CA has a nonpartisan redistricting commission that fairly apportions districts. It is what has allowed scumbag Republican pols to thrive in CA rural areas. That is about to change, thanks to the ballot initiative Newsom announced. Texas'
outrageous gerrymandering forced CA to stop unilaterally disarming.

It IS possible to gerrymander and completely erase a party's seats. When they gerrymandered Nashville's House seat, they just carved the city into three pieces and tucked each piece into a very large rural district. It became nearly impossible for a Democrat to win any of those seats.
BUT ..... There is an interesting set of factors in a special election for the 7th District, where Mark Green recently resigned. Clarksville is in the 7th District, and Clarksville's population has been BOOMING! I was at a 'No Kings' protest in Clarksville, and witnessed AMAZING support!
When you add Clarksville's Democrats to 1/3 of Nashville's Dems (plus many disenchanted rural Republican voters), we just might get a Dem in that seat!

He said that if someone murdered Ted Cruz, and the trial was held in the Senate, the killer would be acquitted. It was bipartisan, everybody hated the creep.
