Seems like it might not be that hard to game the test.
Teachers have college degrees. They are definitely not dumb and could figure out what answer is being sought. Focusing on New York and California is just a knee jerk show response. Everyone knows the really 'woke' trachers come from Rhode Island and Minnesota, right?
