Noem proposed slashing Coast Guard infrastructure budgets by 90% to $21M on June 5 - 0.3% of the $7B needed for housing repairs per March watchdog reports. Yet she occupies Quarters 1 rent-free since April, claiming "security concerns" while Lewandowski clocks phantom hours.

The Coast Guard faces its "greatest readiness challenge since WWII" (8/9/25), but admin priorities float luxury lifeboats for cronies. Two Americas: one for the grifting class, one for those actually keeping us safe.
