Putin needs to order a cease to all offensive operations...

before talks can proceed. He is the aggressor, ceding any territory is just rewarding his illegal invasion of Ukraine.

He needs to face the possibility of losing all commercial ties to Western Europe. Wish I could say the US, too, but trump is his lapdog so...

A cease fire -- holding currently illegally obtained territory -- is just a bad joke.

His behavior cannot be rewarded.
