Summer travel.
I've taken 8 flights this summer on packed airplanes. The only masks I've seen are mine and my daughter's. My daughter wasn't wearing hers in the airport, although she wore it on the plane - and came home with COVID after our first flight.
Hundreds of people packed on the airplanes, 30 minutes or so with only re-circulated air before take-off . . . it doesn't take a genius.
