If she knows something that will result in a fundamental Constitutional crisis, I think she would be so implicated by her silence that it's best for her to start talking.
My guess: She knows that Trump is a severally depraved pervert who will take this country down, rather than face the music. Which means Putin threatened to expose him. Which also means that she's an accomplice.
