Let's say SCOTUS wholly invalidates TSF's unitary tariff mandates.

SCOTUS says only Congress can impose tariffs.

What then?

A. Will Republicans then impose the same tariffs, knowing that they will universally cause prices to rise and consumers (i.e., voters) will rebel?

B. Will TSF ignore this SCOTUS mandate (i.e., constitutional crisis) and goods will begin piling up on the docks as importers will refuse to pay the tariffs?

Too bad no one with the authority is willing.
