NEW: The 9th Circuit permits the Trump admin to terminate TPS for Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal for now.
This population includes [55,000] people who have been here legally since 1998 and will now have to leave the US or risk deportation. Many have no path to permanent status.
That makes up around 52,000 Hondurans and 3,000 Nicaraguans.
All have renewed their status every 18 months for the last 27 years, each time passing a background check, each time hoping Congress might act
