There's a reason that there have been laws on the books against public intoxication for ages in many jurisdictions. Being drunk and disorderly is hardly a recent phenomenon.

What is new is that everybody and his brother has a handy-dandy video camera in their pocket or in their hand, ready to record with the touch of a finger anytime something interesting happens. No one posts videos of people behaving normally. Why would they?
